Tom Mikulski
Founder and President
With over 30 years of commercial floor covering sales, service, and problem-solving experience, Tom helps clients navigate the process of selecting earth friendly flooring solutions and striving towards error-free installations. A fortuitous job interview with Masland Carpets upon graduating from St. Joseph’s University gave Tom his start in the floor covering industry. Today, he is very active in the community and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for CPC Behavior Healthcare.
Brian Abline
Vice President
Brian has been with CFIC for 15 years and is the glue that holds CFIC together. With a work ethic that is second to none, Brian has the organizational skills to make sure that projects get completed on time, on budget, and with the least amount of problems. Brian is a true case study of a self-made man, who has risen through the ranks to be one of the best flooring professionals in the industry.
Tonya Montgomery
Account Manager
Tonya Montgomery comes to CFIC with previous experience in creating one of a kind custom sculptured area rugs and working in sales for other floor covering companies. These experiences, including her proficiency in CFIC’s electronic takeoff system, give her the visual and technical know-how to design a space efficiently, dynamically, and accurately using the vast variety of flooring products that are on the market. Tonya graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and is an award-winning photographer.
